Allard's Annual Puzzle Puzzle

...I know postings have been a little sparse around here lately, but some traditions shouldn't be ignored - so I present to you this year's conundrum for my puzzling mates around the world.

Things look a little different this year– some of the usual sleuthing will certainly help, but that’s just the beginning – I’m not telling you what to do – what I will tell you is that the answer is a two-word exhortation… first person to email that to me, wins a puzzle from my stash o’ swaps (bottom right drawer for those of you familiar with the puzzle cave).
